They are these super cute pillows that look like pets! They would be great for families that are not ever allowed to have cats, dogs, ferrets, or any other form of live animals! I hear they are super soft and cuddly. I'm really hoping to win this time. I previously lost the giveaway for a cute alphabet poster but I'm hoping for better luck this time and more entries! Dental Appointment

Ryan recently asked me when the last time I went to the dentist was... I responded, "I'm pretty sure I went just before we got married while I was still on my parents insurance." That of course would have been close to a year ago now so I needed to go in. Apparently you're supposed to go like every 6 months I guess!? So I finally made an appointment and when I was there asked when my last appointment was. To my amazement they told me April of 2008! That is nearly 2 1/2 years! Most people and dentists would understand if you were a student and didn't have dental insurance but I had no excuse! I have always been insured and just never went! So, I was told that I had a cavity and also I was having a previous filling restored to white so that is doesn't look like there is food stuck between my teeth!
I had the procedure done this morning but I'm thinking that they did the wrong tooth because I'm not noticing much of a difference. What do you think?

Cute Baby/Va-Cay/ Extreme Home Makeover

This adorable little guy is the main reason we all went down to Texas. He is so cute. He is 4 weeks in these pictures and he still looks just like a newborn. He is so small. This is the only picture that we got of him smiling and isn't it just adorable!

While we were there Ryan (my brother) was setting up his classroom for school and one of the days we decided to go down and help him get set up. While there we may have posed Ethan for some photos. I think Beth may have started to get worried with all the different pictures we were posing Ethan for!

I just can't get over how adorable he is! I love him so much and miss him so much. Beth and Ryan try to send us pictures of him everyday and I love getting them. He is now up to 10 pounds! He's growing so fast.

While we were there we also helped Beth and Ryan fix up there house. We laid floors, painted, trimmed trees and bushes, and fixed the plumbing! It was quite a week.

While we were there all the girls decided to have their eyebrows threaded. It's this new way to shape and pluck your eyebrows.

So, the video claims that it is a less painful and easier, but don't be fooled, it is incredibly painful!! Our eyebrows did look great but Oh My GOSH! It hurt so bad.

So, our week was great and I was sad to leave. I love seeing all of my family. I can't wait until Christmas to see them all again!

4th of July!

So I know this is really late but every time that I get on to do an update I get so distracted with trying to fix my pictures on photoshop that it takes me hours and I don't get anywhere and then I still don't have pictures to post. So I've started to use Picasa and I really like it for creating little collages. It helps me put a lot of pictures in one blog without it being ridiculously long. So, I hope you enjoy the update and hopefully more will soon follow!

Priest Lake....

Every year my family goes camping at Priest Lake for 4th of July. It's really the only time we ever go camping but we love it! This year we were on the windy side of the island and it wasn't very warm to begin with. We got there Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon we'd had enough. We spent pretty much the whole time in our tent playing games and we decided that we could do that at home where it was more like 90 degrees instead of 40. So, after we had just unpacked and boated everything over to the island we packed it all back up and headed home! I think we made a good choice because the weather never got better and we had a blast at home.

Ephrata...

After I got home from camping with my family for the night Ryan and I decided to head over to Ephrata for some family and fireworks! We had a blast over there with everyone. Even Marilyn and Megan were home to visit! We went to the water park, had fun with fireworks, played on iPhones, and even had a pushup competition!

A Grown Up Job

So, last week I started my job at Fitness Together as a personal trainer. Back in May I took the ACSM certified personal trainer test and...

I PASSED!

That's good because I need it to have the job I currently have. So this last week I was just doing the usual following people around and learning everything but on Tuesday I actually started to train clients, all by myself.

It was so awesome!

I'm very excited to work at Fitness Together. The other trainers are awesome and the work atmosphere is amazing.

To My Father...

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

On this special day I'd like to thank my father for being such an amazing guy!

He has always been there and always will be there for all five of his kids no matter what.

He loves his kids and we love him.

He is an amazing example in the home and the gospel.

Graduation... Almost

I'll be graduating on June 11th from Eastern Washington University. My sister Carrie is graduating from Ferris on June 6th. Most of our family will be here for her graduation and I can't wait! This next week is going to be so much fun! We really wish the Ryan and Beth could be here too!

Happy Birthday to Me!

I know that this post is a little late but Happy 22nd Birthday to Me! Ryan was out of town on my actual birthday so we celebrated the next weekend. We went to How to Train Your Dragon in 3D. It was a pretty good movie except 3D starts to hurt my head after a while. I don't think I'll be seeing anymore movies in 3D.

LOVE ALL!

Ryan and I decided to start a new activity...Tennis! I don't know why I thought I might be able to beat Ryan. He kicked my butt! He's kind of a natural at it. I hope that we keep playing and anytime anyone wants to take us one... bring it!

Spring has Sprung!!!

Today was such a nice day! The temperatures were up in the 50's! It doesn't sound very warm but compared to the 30's, its super nice. In order to really appreciate this warm day Ryan and I decided to go for a run/blade.

I'm training for a half marathon so I needed to run but Ryan didn't want to run so he roller bladed next to me. We had so much fun!

So, I know that some people are very anxious for the wedding pictures, including me! It's been like 2 months and I haven't heard anything from the photographer so I called him today. He told me that he mailed everything out like over a month ago. I think he had the wrong address because I never got it. So, pictures should be coming soon. I should get the cd of all of them this week. In the mean time I do have a few pictures from the lunch in.

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 14TH (Happy Valentines Day!)

So, over valentines Ryan and I went to Wenatchee to Visit some good friends Ben and Kim. Our friends Sam and Amy also joined us from Olympia.

We went to dinner at Adreas Keller with everyone and we all decided that we would NEVER eat there again. We might all look happy but our stomachs and taste buds were NOT!

MONDAY FEBRUARY 15TH

On Monday we stayed in Leavenworth with Sam and Amy and enjoyed the little town and the more delicious foods (bbq pulled pork sandwiches with chips and pretzels).
